How much disk space is allocated for my Fujifilm.net account?

Each account is given a 20MB space to upload your digital pictures for ordering prints through Print@Fujicolor. Please note that uploaded pictures will be stored for a maximum period of 3 days after which the pictures will be deleted.

What can I do if I need more than 20MB of storage space on Fujifilm.net to upload my digital pictures and order photo prints at any one time?

I have too many digital photos. Is there another alternative for me to store them?

The best way to archive your digital pictures is to store them in a Fuji Picture CD. Simply purchase it from the outlets directly, or request for the photos you have sent for printing to be burned onto the CD. Please check with the respective outlets for prices.

How can I upload my digital pictures to my Fujifilm.net account?

Please click on the “Upload Photos” button. You have a choice of uploading your digital pictures individually, in groups of five or multiple photos (more than five) by FotoWiz. Simply start the program after downloading, and open the folder holding your photos you wish to send for printing. Click on the selected photos, then drag them over to the virtual film roll, and drop before clicking “Upload” to transfer them into your Fujifilm website account.

After I have uploaded my pictures, I don't see any thumbnails?

If you do not see any thumbnails after uploading the pictures, most likely that the network transmission has failed somewhere, and we suggest you to seek help from our Fujifilm.net support team at support@fujifilm.com.sg.

What is the FUJIFILM Roll for?

The FUJIFILM Roll is a scratch pad that allows you to add any digital picture from your personal album in your Fujifilm.net account to the roll, and send it for printing, downloading, and sharing with your friends and relatives. You can also copy or move pictures from the Fujifilm Roll to a new album or any existing albums within your Fujifuilm.net account.

How can I place online orders to print my digital pictures on high quality Fujicolor silver halide photographic paper?

The process is very simple and takes only a few minutes. First you upload your pictures onto your Fujifilm.net account and select the digital pictures that you want to print. Then you place your order to print the selected pictures by clicking on Print@FujiColor, which will prompt you to select either to have your orders delivered to you, or for you to collect from a Fuji photo processing outlet. You can choose any of the outlets located islandwide.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

If you have chosen the option for the photographs to be mailed back to you, you will receive them within three working days.If you have chosen to collect your photographs from the Fuji photo-processing outlet that you have selected to print your digital pictures, you can collect them within two working days after you have placed your request. To confirm whether your order is ready for collection, you can use the “Fujifilm.net Order Tracking” facility to check the status of your order.

For Express orders, we advise you to phone and let the respective photo-processing outlet know the time that you would like to collect the photographs after you have placed the order online.

How would I know if my order is received or ready?

We have made available the “Order Tracking” facilities online to help you track your orders. You simply need to provide the Order Number on your e-receipt, and you will receive an email of the order status that could be “Order Received at Shop”, “Order is Being Processed” or “Order is completed and ready for collection”

How do I pay for my photo print orders?

For all transactions on Fujifilm.net, consumers can enjoy the convenience and security of making their payments online by using the TeleMoney payment service. TeleMoney is an innovative technological service, developed by Systems@Work Pte Ltd, that enables a consumer to conveniently enjoy total security and control for online purchases by simply using a very personal device, his GSM phone, as the electronic I.D. to identify himself as the authorizer of the payments. With TeleMoney, consumers can select to pay either with credit and debit card, or cash if collection of prints is made at the photo shop.
