The frame of filter given the semi-glos black coating fits a high sense design. Or the inner side of filter given the matt black coating restrains a reflection effect and does design well.
The PRF-49S is an exclusive filter for the premium compact digital camera FUJIFILM X100. The silver color used in FUJIFILM X100 applied to the outer side of the filter frame. And, it creates an integrated look with the lens.
